Wisteria is a four bedroom single storey house, situated in Sargeant's Village, a quiet neighbourhood on the South Coast of Barbados. Close to the Sheraton Centre, shopping & food hall also containing a six screen cinema and a bank. Local beaches, beautiful white sands with calm water, Worthing and Dover are five minutes drive away. The house makes a great base for families, couples or small groups, looking for a relaxing beach holiday. St Lawrence Gap offers nightlife and restaurants, just five minutes drive away

Master bedroom, king size bed with ensuite bathroom, wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, 2 piece suite & coffee table. Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobe, dressing table. Bedroom 3 with double bed, wardrobe, sofa & dressing table. Bedroom 4 with double bed, double sofa bed, wardrobe & p.c. desk.
Bathrooms
Ensuite bathroom off the master bedroom, bath with shower and wc. Main Bathroom with shower & wc.
Kitchen
New kitchen with cooker, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave and breakfast bar.
Utility Room
Washing machine, ironing equipment and sink basin.

Spacious lounge, with two piece suite, TV, CD player and telephone. Separate dining room with large table, seating 8 people or more.

There is also a computer & internet facilities and a desk / work station available for guests to use.
Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service
Towels and linen are provided, but guests must provide their own beach towels. There is a weekly maid service, for changing linen/tow1els and cleaning. Extra towels and linen can be found in the walk through closet leading onto the main bathroom.
Outside
The house has a large "L" shaped veranda, with lounger, table and chairs. There is secure access via main entrance gate, leading down a private driveway into the main parking area and to the East elevation there is a garage under the house. To the West elevation there are flower beds and to the south there are an assortment of palm trees, set in a small lawn area. The house is surounded by secure fencing for privacy and peace of mind.
